The Role: Architect
The Architect is responsible for supporting architectural design delivery across various project types. This role contributes to concept development, technical documentation, and coordination activities under the supervision of the Senior Architects and/or Design Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing design concepts, diagrams, and architectural presentations;
- Prepare architectural drawings, models, and design documentation across project stages;
- Support coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, QS, and other design disciplines;
- Assist in preparing authority submission documents and compliance checks;
- Participate in client presentations, internal design reviews, and coordination meetings;
- Conduct site visits to track construction progress and document architectural issues (when needed);
- Support drafting teams in preparing drawings according to project requirements;
- Ensure all design outputs comply with Vietnamese and international standards;
- Maintain organized project documentation, design files, and revision records;
- Contribute to research on materials, construction technologies, and best practices.
