Mô tả công việc
As an Architecture Practice Head, you are responsible for the overall design and architecture of a large suite of software applications.
• You collect the non-functional requirements and produce designs that meet them in terms of security, availability, performance, scalability, maintainability, and resilience.
• You work with architecture teams in Europe to develop strategies, standards, roadmaps, and architecture directions.
• You manage functionally a team of software architects who are responsible for the design of one or several applications and who work with the developers of these applications. You animate the team of architects, explain the global strategy and architecture directions, and coach, help, control, and ensure that each architect gets the design decisions implemented in their application(s).
• Beyond implementation, you work with IT operations and Service Management teams to ensure customer success during production.
• During offer phases, you produce high-level designs and a product breakdown structure that meet the customer's requirements, and you contribute to estimating the size of the development.
• Whenever necessary, you research new or emerging technologies and frameworks, give recommendations, build proofs of concept, and conduct training.
Yêu cầu
1. Required
• Strong experience with common architecture patterns such as SOA, microservices, and DDD.
• Familiar with mainstream design methodologies and able to produce documentation in ADD, UML, and BPMN.
• Literate in multiple development, build, integration, deployment, cloud, and database technologies. Able to propose technical solutions that meet the business needs.
• Ability to communicate and convince customers and fellow architects of the relevance of the architecture and designs
• Experience in leading a team of 4 to 5 people
2. Plus
• Experience and/or certifications in Amazon, Azure, and Oracle clouds
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment technologies
Experience
• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Good command of the English language
