Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the performance of game centers in the northern region.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards across all locations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events that drive foot traffic and engagement.
Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or entertainment management, with a focus on multi-site operations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
Strong analytical skills and experience in financial management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Japanese and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for the entertainment industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
