Mô tả công việc
- To manage and execute business activities for the field assigned.
- Planning and implementing business strategies to achieve and surpass sale targets.
- Recruiting, training, and developing the team sales.
- Assign sale targets for members of the team and monitoring their performances.
- To manage and maintain the current leads, research and develop new customer relationships.
- To close the deal and ensure contract compliance.
- Planning budgets and managing business costs for the field assigned.
- To report business outcomes and related activities to direct superior/senior manager.
- To evaluate business risks and to propose remedies for improvement.
- To manage one's team effectively, ensuring the coordination of the team and efficiency for work-related high performance.

Yêu cầu
- Team leading and managing skills.
- Training and developing personnel related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Medicine or Pharmacy Bachelor degree.
- At least 2 years in team management and 3 years in Aesthetics industry
- Event-organizing skills
- Self-motivated individual and result-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and sales mindset
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- A supportive and effective team member.
- Must be able to communicate in ENGLISH.
- Good intuition to assess risks and one's abilities to make proposals for improvements.
- The abilities to work independently and maintain personal reputation & images.
- Training and developing personnel related skills.
