THE ROLE
You will support pre-sales activities by working on technical solutions, customer engagement, and project coordination. This role is ideal for students who want to apply engineering knowledge in real business and project environments. OR
support after-sales service and application activities, working closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues, understand product systems, and improve service quality. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on exposure to real technical operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Sales Engineer Intern
• Support preparation of technical solutions, quotations, and proposals
• Join customer meetings and assist in technical discussions
• Analyze products and market information
• Track project pipeline and support reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution accuracy
2. Service &
Application Engineer Intern
• Support service operations & troubleshoot basic technical issues (under guidance)
• Work with real products: understand components and system operation
• Assist in identifying recurring technical/service issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer/service requests
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in after-sales processes.
• 3rd-4th year students in Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, Mechatronics or related
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems
• Hands-on mindset, eager to learn from real cases
• Good problem-solving & communication skills
• English intermediate and above level
• Available part-time during semester and full-time during summer (2 months)
