Art Director (Event)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Director at Aura Communications in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Art Director will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of project, publications, and more. They will collaborate with creative teams to develop design concepts, review artwork, and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing ideas and working with creative team to crack big challenges.
- Responsible for the visual style and images that appear in every platform of content.
- Create the overall design and direct others who develop artwork or layouts.
- Determine how best to present a concept visually
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.
- Comprehend project design elements, and complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure that the clients' desired message and image is conveyed to consumers.
- Discuss with clients to develop an artistic approach and style.
- Present designs to clients for approval.
- Identifying areas of improvement within the team and work on those improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Proficiency in design software, excellent 2D and 3D design skills
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Highly responsible and motivated
- Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Ability to lead projects independently, mentor junior coworkers, and conduct quality assurance and brand alignment reviews.
- Ability in multitasking, time management, presentation skills, strategic thinking and creativity.
- Willing to travel
