Overview
The Art Director plays a key role in shaping the visual direction of campaigns and ensuring creative ideas are executed with strong aesthetic and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the visual development of creative campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, social, print, film, etc.).
· Work closely with Copywriters,
Content Creators, and Creative Directors to develop compelling, integrated ideas.
· Translate creative concepts into strong, cohesive visual executions that meet strategic objectives.
· Direct photo/video shoots, design development, and other creative productions to ensure quality and consistency.
· Manage and mentor Art/Design teams - providing feedback, guidance, and inspiration throughout the creative process.
· Collaborate with Account, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure creative solutions are feasible, on-brand, and on-brief.
· Stay updated on design, cultural, and media trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant.
Qualifications & Skills
· 2-3 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and art direction skills across multiple media.
· Excellent sense of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and brand consistency.
· Experience in leading or mentoring
designers.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
