Mô tả công việc
1. Analyze and resolve manufacturing problems or assist line leads and assemblers in solving operating problems. 2. Coordinate manufacturing line operations and establish priorities and sequences for assembled products. 3. Review assembly orders, schedules and capacity to plan assembly line operations. 4. Prepare production schedules and coordinate assembly activities to ensure that production and quality of products meet specifications. 5. Provide daily updates to Operations Manager on the status of the proposed, planned, in progress, and completed jobs. 6. Manage production and resolve assembly line problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. 7. Develop standard operational and working practices. Monitor and ensure compliance with operating, safely and quality standards. 8. Work with HR to establish training programs. 9. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policy. 10. Other duties may be assigned.
Yêu cầu
1. Ability to solve practical problems. 2. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions. 3. Medical device experience desired. 4. Prior supervision experience. 5. Typing required for data entry. Proficiency with computer software skills (Microsoft Office). 6. Highly motivated, organized, reliable and responsible. 7. Ability to make decisions independently. 8. College diploma; minimum of 3-5 year experience in manufacturing environment and/or training in complex electro-mechanical assembly, electrical assembly; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 9. High mix/low volume manufacturing experiences is a plus.
