Mô tả công việc
- Lead marketing activities such as Digital communication, Social Word-of-mouth, Event organizing, outdoor ads, and media booking/monitoring.
- In conjunction with Brand Manager, coordinate with Sales Manager/Executive in organizing consumer/trade activities.
- Further developing, in conjunction with the Brand Manager, the brands' strategic positioning with particular emphasis on the brand strategy, brand communication & activation, and channel execution strategies.
- Developing, managing, and executing the brand-integrated commercial planning (ICP) for the upcoming new brand launched in Vietnam.
- Building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams locally & global partners to deliver business objectives.
- Manage brand budgeting & monitor actual ATL & BTL spending of the designated brand and update Brand Manager its status on monthly basic.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration with external agencies & Global teams delivering on agreed campaigns, and co-created projects.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance when required.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relative field.
- At least 1 years of experience in Brand Management in Dairy, Food - Beverage and FMCG.
- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
- Good office computer, especially Word and Excel
- Good communication skills both written and oral in English.
