The Assistant Cutting Manager supports the Cutting Manager in planning, supervising, and controlling all cutting room operations. This role ensures accurate cutting, efficient material usage, and timely delivery of cut components to production lines.
Assist in preparing and executing daily/weekly cutting schedules.
Monitor fabric laying, marker usage, and cutting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Control quantities, sizes, and styles based on markers and production requirements.
Ensure cut bundles are delivered to sewing lines on time.

Yêu cầu
Diploma/College/University degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cutting room operations.
Experience as a supervisor/team leader is an advantage.
Strong understanding of fabric, markers, laying, and cutting techniques.
Good leadership and team management skills.
