Scope of responsibilities
Manage and negotiate with existing raw material, spare part suppliers, and source new suppliers related to the production department.
Coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure adequate inventory levels for production.
Prepare and review all contracts and reports related to the
Purchasing Department, including budget proposals.
Supervise and control the activities of
purchasing staff, ensuring compliance and quality of work.
Review and approve reports prepared by subordinates, and monitor their performance continuously.
Implement company objectives and targets across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem solving.
Update superiors on urgent issues promptly, propose solutions as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
Operate under Company regulations of ISO, HACCP, GMP requirements

Age: From 30 years old
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher level in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 5 experience years in Supply Chain Management in the manufacturing company or related industry and 3 years experience in the similar position.
Experience in the Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferable.
Knowledge and experience in spare parts management for local and international procurement in Food & Beverages is a plus.
Soft skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc.
Good English communication skills.
Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday & alternative Saturday
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
