Support the Director of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies and revenue targets.
Manage and develop key corporate, leisure, MICE, and travel trade accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
Lead, coach, and coordinate the Sales team to achieve departmental and hotel objectives.

Yêu cầu
Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills.
Good communication and customer contact skills.
Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
