Mô tả công việc
Prospecting and growing an account list, handling incoming leads and closing sales that covers all segments of the resort but in focus on MICE.
• To meet financial budget by developing new accounts, managing
• Builds profile within local marketplace through attendance at various events and local marketplace.
• Contribute to the development of Resort's product sales and marketing initiatives by recommending, implementing and monitoring appropriate local activity
• Record daily sales activities in Customer Profile and submit it to Director of Sales & Marketing on Saturday for the meeting.
Yêu cầu
Experience in preparing RFP's (Request for Proposal), MICE and group contracts. Bachelor Degree or higher in Hotel Management/Hospitality or Business.
Minimum 3 years preferably with same position. Experience working with Accor brand, international brands/5-star hotels in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to challenges with market.
Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members.
