Assistant Executive, Security

To take the responsibility for the protection of facility property and security for facility personnel
To make the roster to the security guards and assign the job for shift team. To daily cross checks the security guards' activities
Support Security Manager for providing leadership, advice to security staffs on security policy and practices.
To plan the training plan and support the Security Manger to design the training material to Security Dept.
To make incident reports to Security Manager and relative department
Keep follow all works of security dept. and update the Job Guideline for Security Team. To daily cross checks security guards.
Keep follow to Lean updates of Security Team as well as make the Team improve better
Responsible to perform annual risk analysis for the local authorities, particularly with respect to level of crime, terrorism, workplace violence, threats from natural and manmade disasters.
To attend Fire-Fighting Team as the leader, supporting the FFT at all time and make Team more daily better
Assumes other responsibilities as assigned
