Mô tả công việc
• Direct and control all subordinate associates, be able to give instructions and carry out tasks in an organized manner to ensure that all daily operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
• Be responsible for the operating procedures of the restaurant and bar always, ensure to obey the regulatory policy.
• Introduce F&B promotions and events will be take place at resort to guests in clean and concise manner.
• Assist in coordinating, controlling, planning and performing departmental trainings and does on job training for staff.
• Communicate and discuss any ideas concerning the restaurant and bar with Food and Beverage Manager and report in time about operational matters and guest enquiries.
• Plan and divide the workload of the staff to accommodate the fluctuations of the restaurant.
• Maximize revenue in the restaurants and bars by implementing upselling procedures.
• Monitor and control the hotel's operation equipment, asset inventory and participates in audit.
• Assist Food and Beverage Manager with to evaluate and propose promotion activities to maximize guest experience and revenues.
• Help to maintain working conditions, cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and furniture at respective working areas.
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Immediate require support from manager if the matter is out of capabilities but follow up to ensure guests are satisfied with the results.
• Oversee the service standards at the restaurants and bars to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assist Manager in setting Food and Beverage goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies
• Assist Manager in determining the minimum and maximum stocks of all food, beverage, material and equipment
• Assists Manager in settings standards of all food, Beverage and equipment purchases in accordance with IHG guidelines
• Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff
• Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards.
• Monitor and maintain the POS System
• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulation.
• Evaluate, supervise performance and carry out disciplinary action as needed, in accordance Company Policy.
• Manage all F&B daily operations within budgeted guidelines and follow issued standards.
• Conduct daily briefing to release correct and necessary information related to daily operations, resort activities and others, make sure information spread out to all staffs.
• Complete the season to the specifications outlined in your Employment Contract
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
