{URGENT} THT Development Co., Ltd (investor of Starlake Project) is a wholly foreign owned company invested by Daewoo E&C (Korea). We are now recruiting a full-time Assistant (Land Management Dept), working in Hanoi.
Address: Starlake Gallery
*** Description:
- Support project to do the tasks regarding land with local authority, including:
+ Support in making investigation on land, measurement on site, recording the land status.
+ Make the investigation record; support local authority in checking and making land origin confirmation.
+ Prepare, attend meeting regarding land origin confirmation and family member verification.
- Follow up the work progress and volume; report to Director.
- Translate and interpret to Director.
- Do other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
*** Requirements:
- Bachelor Decree (Candidates who has experience in land management, environment and resources, etc. are preferred).
- Good knowledge in English
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD (optional).
