In charge of brand-building for Company products through Marketing plans and activities.
1. To provide leadership in developing brand strategies, resulting in the formulation of brand plans (above-the-line / below-the-line activities, product, pricing, distribution, etc.) in close consultation with Director and
Marketing Manager.
2. To activate agreed brand plans in a timely and effective manner for optimal results, including pre-and-post evaluation of all key activities to achieve agreed brand KPIs.
3. To manage the Marketing Budget and relevant Agencies to drive brand health and volume, effective use of direct marketing expense and on-time delivery of new product development projects.
4. To motivate and guide the internal team and foster strong partnership and commitment with external partners to the success of the brand.
5. To ensure that brand characteristics are in consistency with the Company's vision, mission, objectives and strategies.
6. To come up with ideas for traditional and modern media campaigns for brands followed by execution.
7. To supervise promotional activities and brand activations to ensure consistency with product strategy. To monitor Marketing campaigns and evaluate related risks to introduce measures for timely actions.
8. To participate in the development and implementation of working processes and procedures of Marketing Department in harmony with the organisational structure and operations of the Company.
9. To organise data collection and market research to serve the following objectives:
- Researching and investing in developing new products that satisfy market demands.
- Brand positioning, identification of target customers, planning and executing effective Marketing activities.
Analysing competitors and competing products to give the sales team councel on workable approaches.
1. University graduate or higher; majoring in Marketing, communications, economics, or business administration
2. Having at least five years of Marketing experience in the FMCG environment, especially of
Brand Marketing; Priority is given to those with experience in Marketing in the liquor industry
3. Leadership and management skills

5. Communication and negotiation skills
6. Knowledge of the local market, liquor industry, and Consumer Marketing (including advertising, PR, digital media, research, brand sponsorships, consumer promotions, trade & new product development, product supply chain)
