Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and grow air cargo sales in assigned markets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders,
shippers, and airline partners.
· Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
· Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
· Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
· Minimum [02] years of experience in air cargo / logistics in sales.
· Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma (preferably in Logistics, Aviation, or Supply Chain).
· Strong network of industry contacts (freight forwarders, shippers, airlines).
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
· Proficiency in English (other languages a plus).
