Corporate Materials & Publications
• Manage and update corporate brochures, pitch books, and company profiles on a quarterly basis or as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Leasing, Investment, Project, etc.) to ensure content accuracy and timely updates.
• Ensure all communication materials reflect the most recent project milestones, metrics, and corporate positioning
Website & Social Media Management
• Oversee regular updates to the company website (content, project info, news, press releases)
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors to implement technical enhancements and ensure optimal website performance.
• Plan, manage, and update content on official LinkedIn, Facebook, and WeChat platforms
• Monitor engagement and ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across channels
• Work with
designers and vendors to create visuals and digital assets as needed
Tenant Interviews & Mandarin-language communication
• Conduct interviews with tenants and other stakeholders in Mandarin
• Prepare Mandarin content for publication on the corporate website and WeChat platform,
Events & PR Activities
• Organize and coordinate company events, tenant gatherings, or media events.
• Manage PR campaigns, media engagement, and press release content creation and distribution
Administrative & Budget Management
• Handle contracts, vendor payments, and budget tracking related to communications initiatives
• Maintain inventory and proper usage of marketing materials, branded items, and team assets
• Liaise with Finance and Procurement for compliance and documentation
Account & Stakeholder Management
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and creative vendors
• Act as a contact point for internal departments on communications-related needs
