Mô tả công việc

Call Centre Management:

To manage the Careline team to provide high quality customer service to callers
To ensure a timely response to their inquiries as well as to forward feedback to all other relevant colleagues
To seek continuous improvement in outbound calls intended to update consumer data, understand brand of first choice
To provide statistical analysis for business improvement
To conduct surveys for better understanding of our consumers' needs
To provide unconditional support to mothers
To succeed as "go-to" helpline for Vietnamese mothers and consumers
To ensure tone and manner of call handling are integrated with brand requirements of Red House mums

System Management

Able to work with ticket management, in order to record customer database
Able to work with call center agency to ensure system performance and technology updates.

Customer Complaints

To handle all product complaints with high customer service in efficient manner.
To comply with Crisis Management SOP procedures during crisis periods.

KEY TASKS
Ensure moms satisfactions

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels (Hotline, Facebook Page, Stores, ect.)

Monthly, Ad-hoc and Annual Reporting

To measure and evaluate Careline customer service and tracking of KPI
Prepare for monthly meeting to give Careline KPI updates

Planning and Execution of Connection initiatives

Manage fulfilment of vendors to ensure samplings are fulfilled within the given time frame (campaign base).

Data analysis

Analyse performance to drive better engagements
Continuous Operational Improvement
Continuous enhancement of database's integrity and practical ongoing systems of checks and verification.

Supervise Direct Reports in Activating Owned Media to support Sales, Marketing

Work closely with commercial teams, in order to ensure accurate information delivering to moms.
Training and Capability Building
Train Careline Advisors and Coaching for better performance.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
At least 2 years of working experiences in careline in early childhood nutrition field
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
Understanding of marketing principals
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of office management
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects
Must possess exceptional analytical skills
Familiarity with brand plan, and all Brand KPI
Results-driven attitude
A creative and start-up mindset
Must be able to learn quickly, problem solve, and self-teach when needed
Able to act according to the organizational values at all time
Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, E-Commerce and online analytics are pluses
