The Assistant Manager, Digital & Ecommerce grows The Body Shop online business, oversee the look and feel of the company website and are responsible for generating sales via online channels (include [protected info] and third-party platforms). SHE/he will oversee digital marketers as well as CRM member.
E-commerce:
üManage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion.
üManage the online sales operations procedures on Website, Marketplace & Affiliate channels
üDevelop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve online sales performance
üAnalyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
üPrepare insights report on the data-mining outcome.
üProvide specialized knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
üTrack and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.
Digital:
üLead the company's online channels, website and social networks, to achieve maximum reach to targeted customers and drive traffic to E-commerce store as well as shops
üPlan, execute and review monthly E-commerce and web-to-foot-traffic plans to drive both E-commerce and store performance. Ensure Ecommerce logistics is completed properly to meet the customer demand
üUse social media channels as a platform to engage, interact and reach to customers. Moreover, to collect customer reviews and gain database for campaigns
üFocus on customers' reviews and ensure the positive testimonials are visible on the Internet
üOther tasks as assigned
CRM:
üDeploy all CRM channel's operation to ensure commercial and marketing activities are communicated effectively and efficiently.
üDevelop the customer loyalty program. Involve in planning and execution to deliver the business target in all campaigns.
üLead the CRM member who is responsible for content creation, including content planning, writing, copy editing & optimizing for each customer segmentation across all CRM's channels.
üEvaluate content's performance and propose action.
ü Manage Loyalty Member's data
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years of experiences in similar role, having experience in building Tiktok and Affiliate channels is a plus
-Details oriented with strong sense of work prioritization
-Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative
-Passion for Ecommerce, love online shopping and eager to learn
-Must be well versed with Microsoft Office
-Those experienced in the fashion/beauty retail industry will have added advantage
-Able to communicate and write well in English
