•The main objective of this project is to generate a solid media buying plan to test the market reaction to our different products and to develop a solid content strategy to educate the market about the needs of insurances
•The right candidate will contribute to the channel business development on different areas:
•Optimize UX: ensure a high performing UI that maximizes the site performance
•Media planning: Cooperate with the Media Performance team to work out effective traffic generation plans
•Data analysis: Experience in analyzing and contrasting data from different sources to ensure optimization at each step of the funnel
•Operations: Enable internal process to deliver the policies and guarantee a proper Customer experience
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
•At least 2 years of execution experience in Growth-Hacking activities at a major E-Commerce player.
•Excellent understanding of the Vietnamese digital landscape like marketplaces (Lazada / Zalora/Cho Tot), aggregators (Agoda), large Web Communities (Webtretho) and key social networks back-end panels (Facebook, Zalo).
•Being able to design and oversight prototype of user journey, translating UX to UI.
•Business or project management experience is a plus. Comfortable to collaborate, lead cross functional teams encompass product development, IT, regional counterpart.
•Tight collaboration with the Product Development / IT / Compliance and Operations.
•Experience in e-commerce design or adaptation of existing platform to fit local e-retail custom and practice will be highly appreciated
•Good knowledge and understanding of the key e-payment gateways in Vietnam
•Experience in the Insurance or financial industry will be positively considered
•Highly skilled in business communications, written and spoken English is mandatory
