- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and replaces assigned equipment.
- Ensure smooth and accurate running of operations based on the given tasks.
- Diagnose, troubleshoots and make necessary repairs.
- Comply information with concerns to deferred maintenance; (Age of equipment, numbers of break downs, annual cost to maintain).
- Secure all equipment are updated in terms of preventive maintenance.
- Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply authorities and regulations.
- Provide guidance for technical supports and maintenance.
- Follow and implement provisions for emergency management plans.
- Contribute to a safe educational and working environment by participating in all drills and training and being prepared to act should a health or safety emergency occur.
- Oversee and Analyze, troubleshoot, install repair, rebuild, replace and adjust, electrical and electro-pneumatic and digital control systems. Query and monitor control systems as they relate to energy management and preventative maintenance operations.
- Inspect and verify the operation and safety of all heating boilers, roof top units, air handling units and ventilation systems.
- Prepare timely report in accordance with the approved scope and format affecting the "Operations" department, efficiency, costs and the like.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls such as clogged drains, broken water lines and frozen pipes. Evaluate situation and take proper corrective action.
- Oversee and install new plumbing fixtures and related devices including sinks, commodes, urinals, faucets, drinking fountains (excluding electrical connections), domestic water heaters and related devices.
- Perform and oversee the performance of preventive maintenance inspections and repairs in all critical kitchen equipment area.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and refrigeration units for all critical kitchen equipment's (e.g. observes and listens to equipment, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring that items are operating in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform a variety of preventive maintenance activities (e.g. filters, belts, thermostats, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining items in an operative and safe condition.
- Review layouts and interfaces with Construction and Engineering Department for renovations and upgrades, including domestic hot and cold water and sanitary piping for kitchens.
- Monitor system efficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Oversee outsource contractors under contract to the Maintenance Engineering Department.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to superior.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proven knowledge of all aspects of Engineering, including plumbing and electrical, mechanical, etc.
