Assistant Manager, Facilities Management

Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager, Facilities Management, is responsible for ensuring the compliance, reliability, safety, and efficiency of all MEP systems and industrial utilities-including power, water, fire protection, and vertical transportation (lifts). This role serves as the primary technical liaison for tenants and oversees all infrastructure asset management.
Responsibilities
• Maintenance Management: Develop and implement comprehensive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs for all infrastructure assets with clear schedules and KPIs.
• Contractor Management: Supervise external contractors for maintenance and upgrades. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and on-site Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
• Tenant Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for tenants. Resolve engineering and utility-related requests promptly and support tenants during fit-out, utility connection, and production ramp-up.
• Technical Consultation: Provide expertise to potential tenants regarding park infrastructure capabilities, utility capacities, and technical specifications.
• Dispute Resolution: Facilitate the resolution of technical disputes regarding utilities and facility conditions in accordance with lease agreements.
• CAPEX & Project Management: Plan and execute infrastructure CAPEX projects.
• Manage the full lifecycle: technical documentation, RFQs, vendor evaluation, construction supervision, and final commissioning/handover.
• Safety & Compliance: Lead periodic risk assessments, fire safety drills, and routine safety inspections to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
