Mô tả công việc
• Work with brand consultants in developing brand strategies and identities.
• Analyze, develop, and monitor marketing communication strategy.
• Source and collaborate with vendors to execute all marketing tools and collaterals for sales and leasing activities.
• Organize and implement marketing communication activities across online and offline platforms.
• Work with creative digital, media, PR, and event agencies and consultancies to ensure marketing deliverables.
• Research the experience and arrange an interview with the customer (if possible) in interacting with Frasers Property and drive improvement.
• Communicate regularly with other departments (especially the Leasing department) and executives, reporting on marketing activity.
• Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Head of Marketing & Communications.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-market brand marketing, ideally having worked across agency and in-house roles.
• Experience in real estate or brands with a strong focus on Industrial Park development will be an advantage.
• Experience in managing digital asset management platforms and brand portal/ library for a global/ regional brand team is an advantage.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience in managing external agency relationships will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator) is an advantage.
• Natural collaborator, can-do attitude, and willing to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.
