Assistant Manager, SEA Vendor Compliance - Apparel Office - HCM

Our client is looking for an assistant manager overseeing social and labour compliance for its sourcing factories across South East Asia. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh Cỉty. Candidates with more than 5 years experience in CSR compliance are welcome to apply. Proven experience in managing factories located in multiple countries is an advantage.





Description



The successful candidate will involve in monitoring factories located across South East Asia on:



* CSR target settings

* Implement CSR Compliance programs.

* Provide training to factories on CSR compliance programs.

* CSR Audits (Observing 3rd party).

* Consult factories on CSR, especially on social/ labour compliance.

* Data analysis.

* Corrective action plans

* Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly performance Review.





Profile



The ideal candidates are having:



* Bachelor Degree and above in related disciplines.

* More than 5 years solid experience in social audit experience.

* Knowledge on international labour stands and regional on going social/ labour issue.

* Problem solving.

* Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

* Team player, cross-functional collaboration.

* Problem solving skills.

* Leadership and negotiation skills.

* Frequent travel is required.
