Assistant Manager, Technical Training

1. Training Management and Organization
• Managing and conducting technical service and "Workshop Process 2010" courses.
• Implementing introductory training on new products for After Sales.
• Planning and delivering technical training on levels "Go, Run and Fly" philosophy.
• Being responsible for ensuring that training material, equipment, and practice room are well organized/ maintained; developing materials, contents, media and methods for technical training.
• Developing training materials for regional training projects; conducting the examination processes and materials .
• Completing trainer' tasks in Learning Management System (SABA).
• Actively participating in update training courses offered by GT or other parties.
2. Training events
• Completing assigned tasks to contribute to Training events (Skills Contest, Training Workshops, New product events...).
• Participating in training/After Sales related projects given by Training Manager.
• Regularly observing other team members' training sessions to share feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Training analysis
• Analyzing training needs and make proposals to Training Manager and develop programs.
4. Other ad hoc tasks
• Designing, preparing concept and conducting special training programs for fleet customers.
• Self-studying from technical manual, IT based information (CBT, EWAnet, AKUBIS, GT App ) etc.
• Compliance: ensuring strict compliance to Daimler/MBV regulations and policies, carry out compliance design controls.
