Position Summary: The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager is instrumental in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies while overseeing the graphic designer, Events & Promotion, and MarCom teams at the casino. This position requires strong leadership abilities, expertise in managing cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of marketing principles to enhance the casino's visibility and branding effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the graphic design, Events & Promotion, and MarCom teams, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote the casino's image and offerings.
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage the casino's public relations efforts, including crafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and fostering relationships with key media contacts.
Coordinate marketing campaigns for events, overseeing promotional activities and collaborating with other departments for seamless execution.
Monitor marketing trends and consumer feedback to adapt strategies that meet market demands and enhance customer engagement.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across projects and teams.
Supervise the production of all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand standards and timelines.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports on their performance and making informed recommendations for future campaigns.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Extensive experience in digital marketing, event promotion, and public relations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
