1. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and oversee the daily activities of the Marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration between team and within departments.
- Set goals and objectives for the team, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's overall marketing strategies, including brand, digital, and offline campaigns.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
3. Branding and Communications (Brand Management)
- Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute branding campaigns to enhance brand positioning and awareness.
- Create messaging and visual guidelines to ensure consistency in all communications.
- Monitor brand performance and take corrective actions when necessary.

Digital Marketing and Analytics
- Support the Digital Marketing Specialist in creating and optimizing digital campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, etc.).
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
5. Budgeting and Reporting
- Manage the marketing team's budget
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to update GM on performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.
