Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
- Handling and checking of quotations, purchase order and shipping documents
- Key in data into order system and organize necessary documents.
- Follow up daily tasks assigned by Senior Merchandiser
- Checking sales contracts, import/ export documents (invoice, P/L, C/O, insurance...)
- Supporting to monitor on-time delivery and product quality.
- Coordinate the production, and solve problem with Senior Merchandiser. After getting orders, taking responsible for the coordinate of all external documents per customer's requirement (including test report/ product spec ... etc) to ensure on time shipment.
- Help accountant for payment to Vendor and supplementary/ deduction appropriation, conduct claim procedure
- Confirm the ship date with Vendor, MD assist per request, make the sailing document (including S/C, P/I, P/O) per customer's request, make L/C application, contact customer for any issue.
- Manage all details after order placement (including on time shipment administration, check the product meet customer's requirement, product quality requirement, packing, confirmed sample, loading requirement, production, shipment, payment), reply failed inspection report, discuss with Senior merchandiser for solution.

Yêu cầu
- University/college graduated
- 01- 02 years working experience in the same position and follow up trading order; also familiar with export operation.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and reading) this is Compulsory
- Commitment and dedicate in job, be able to travel on business trip
- Good communication skills possess team group co-operation concept and higher sense of responsibility.
- Team player, energetic, well organized, able to work under pressure and participate in challenging duty.
- Being passionate, willing to learn, can do attitude and be bold to accept new challenge.
