Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our growing healthcare organization in Vietnam. The role will focus on managing the work permit and visa process for foreign employees, as well as assisting with local recruitment efforts. The successful candidate must be a Vietnamese national, fluent in both Vietnamese and English, and familiar with Vietnam's labor and immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Permit & Visa Coordination for Foreign Employees:
- Manage the full cycle of work permit, visa, and temporary residence card applications and renewals for foreign doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff.
- Liaise with relevant Vietnamese government authorities (DOLISA, Immigration Department, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration and labor laws affecting foreign employees in Vietnam.
- Maintain accurate records of all permits, visas, and compliance-related documentation.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in recruiting Vietnamese healthcare and administrative personnel by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
- Support onboarding of both foreign and local employees, ensuring a smooth orientation and legal compliance.
- Build relationships with local universities, training institutions, and job platforms for candidate sourcing.
Compliance & HR Administration:
- Ensure the organization is in full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws regarding the employment of both local and foreign staff.
- Maintain personnel files and HR databases in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Support internal audits and reporting related to staffing and permits.
Yêu cầu
- Nationality: Vietnamese (required)
- Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Experience:
+ Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in international organization
+ Proven experience handling work permits and visas for foreigners in Vietnam
- Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Familiarity with Vietnamese labor and immigration law
