Mô tả công việc
Job objectives:
- To develop products, strategies, and business plans for upcoming products within company
- Watch the market trends to develop plans that will increase sales, establish deadlines, and ensure the product development teams are on schedule
Key responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate competitions' products and market trends.
- Review and evaluate the efficiency of the existing product in the market situation and make necessary adjustments in order to meet the client's needs.
- Lead the overall process to enhance and develop (new) financial products (installment loan, cash loan, insurance products, other unsecured lending products )
- Work closely with the Head of unit, Product Owner and Other development to compose the business requirement document, assist in the design and UAT testing, for the company product(s) to assure the new or existing product-related functionalities are running smoothly and as expected.
- Participating in the process of negotiating and signing contracts with Movi's financial partners (banks, financial companies, insurance companies, ...) as project management.
- Other tasks as requested by the department head
Yêu cầu
Key skills and requirements:
- At least 3 - 4 years of experience in product management or any related roles like project, process or product operation with product development mindset which could be considered in Consumer Finance, Banking, Insurance, or E-Wallet
- Knowledge or experience in financial credits & loans related products (revolving, credit card, unsecured lending, installment, buy now pay later, E-Wallet, or other related financial products)
- Good sense & knowledge in digital trends and market movements, idea generator
- Good English
- Communication ability with other people
- Logical, Careful & Responsible
