The Associate Product Manager - Institute Esthederm will support the Medical Relation Manager in campaign planning and execution for the Institut Esthederm launch in Vietnam. This role bridges brand strategy and field execution across product training, medical aesthetic doctor activation, POSM readiness, KOL engagement, launch tracking, market insight, competitor analysis and sales / KPI follow-up, while ensuring Esthederm launch excellence and protecting Bioderma medical business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Support brand and launch planning, including launch roadmap, product positioning, portfolio priorities, channel activation plan, launch tracker, risk follow-up and management presentation.
Manage portfolio and product-related work by building expertise on Esthederm science, patents, claims, clinical data, competitive advantages, hero SKUs, product roles and doctor recommendation logic.
Conduct market insight, competitor tracking and data analysis covering pricing, claims, KOL usage, clinic activation, sales performance, product movement, doctor adoption and launch KPIs.
Support HCP / KOL engagement and medical education through doctor segmentation, scientific meetings, product workshops, advisory discussions, speaker briefing, follow-up materials and market feedback capture.
Drive field training and sales enablement by preparing training calendars, training decks, role-play, FAQ, objection handling and product clarification for Medical Sales and relevant internal teams.
Manage POSM, content and launch tools, including localization, adaptation, production follow-up, sample readiness, inventory tracking, distribution and brand guideline alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional project management with Medical, Sales, Marketing, Trade, Regulatory, Demand, Finance, Legal, Supply and external partners to ensure launch readiness.
Track business performance, launch KPIs and budget by preparing monthly updates with key insights, risks and action recommendations.

Esthederm launch campaign tracker and milestone follow-up are maintained accurately and on time.
Regular competitor analysis is delivered with clear insights on pricing, claims, product role, KOL approach, clinic activation and channel strategy.
Training deck, field FAQ, objection handler, role-play guide and re
fresher plan are prepared and implemented effectively.
Localized launch materials, clinic toolkit, brochures, sample plan, POSM inventory and distribution tracker are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
Doctor / clinic activation plan, KOL / HCP engagement tracker, meeting recap and next-step follow-up are executed consistently.
Monthly launch performance report includes sales / KPI update, field feedback, key insight and action recommendations.
