Assistant Production Manager (Hai Duong)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Production Manager in day-to-day production operations including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Assist with vendor and subcontractor coordination, including review of shop drawings, prototypes, and samples.
• Monitor production progress at local fabrication workshops, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure production complies with design, technical, and safety specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Project Management, Procurement) and external teams (fabricators, suppliers).
• Track production and installation activities using project management tools and maintain accurate reporting documentation.
• Assist in managing on-site installation works, including supervising fit-out teams and resolving issues in real-time.
• Ensure that all production-related documentation is up to date, including QA/QC records, delivery notes, and handover documents.
• Participate in site and factory meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
