Supervise production activities - Thermal Machines, Offset Printing, Digital Printing, Heat Transfer Label, Variable Printing related to Apparel Labels for Garment & Textile Industry Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
Overseeing production processes
Define roles and responsibilities, plans for the department's future needs and operations
Work collaboratively with client and departmental staff to assure operational effectiveness, adherence to policies and procedures
Analyze department budget requests to identify areas in which reduction can be made and allocate operating budget.
Ensure smooth operation and communicate key activities

New graduated from College/ University which major relate Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial or other Technologyfield.
Be able to work under high pressure.
Fair command in English.
High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
