Assistant Project Manager

* We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Automation - Robotics & Tooling Department. Our team leads automation initiatives that integrate robot-arm technologies into toy manufacturing, driving efficiency, precision, and innovation across our production lines. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance meticulous attention to detail with a strong grasp of the overall project landscape-capable of building practical project plans, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring progress is tracked against key milestones. This role is essential to keeping our automation projects running smoothly and on schedule.
* Main responsibilities:
- Administration and documentation: Prepare and maintain project documents like work plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. They ensure all documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Progress tracking: Draft project plans and use project management software to track tasks, monitor progress toward milestones, and flag potential delays.
- Communication and coordination: Manage project calendars, attend meetings,serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handle correspondence, and distribute important information.
- Purchasing tracking: Communicate with Purchasing teams (local and oversea) to purchase materials, machines, tools,... for projects
