- Support Housekeeping/Operations Manager in overall department management, including public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain required cleanliness and quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping team members.
- Maintain housekeeping procedures, inventory, and equipment control.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and lost & found procedures.
- Assist with staff scheduling and achieving departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping management within an upscale/luxury hotel; pre-opening experience preferred
- Strong leadership with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate teams
- Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness and brand standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of room management systems, Microsoft Office, and health & safety standards
- Able to make decisions quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and commitment to exceptional guest service in a dynamic environment
