Assistant Public Relation Manager

As Assistant Public Relations Manager, you will shape how the resort is seen, spoken about, and remembered. This role requires strong storytelling, editorial judgement, and the ability to translate experiences into compelling narratives across media and digital platforms.You will lead day-to-day public relations and content direction, strengthening presence through meaningful media relationships, refined storytelling, and visually driven content.
Lead and execute the resort's public relations and communications strategy
Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, and industry voices
Manage media visits and press opportunities
Oversee content creation across social media and digital platforms
Write and edit high-quality content in English and Vietnamese
Capture and produce photo and video content
Monitor social media engagement and oversee online community
Monitor PR performance and provide insights
Collaborate across departments to source content opportunities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with local and regional PR agencies, serving as the key point of contact; lead monthly status calls, follow up regularly, and monitor all agency activities to ensure alignment with communication objectives and effective execution.
