- Understand the department's strategy to build up/maintain a fruitful pipeline for the team's activities plan.- Support TB Sales on product promotion to customers and identify and promote cross-selling opportunities.- Collaborate with TB Sales to arrange Account Plan meetings for mining TB opportunities.- Conduct data mining analysis to alert TB Sales and RMs on the client's business movement to approach them timely.- Support TB Sales in delivering relevant banking services to customers to meet the department's revenue targets by analyzing market/customer databases, understanding customers' business requirements, and preparing recommendations on suitable products or services.- Push up customer limit utilization.- Partner with TB Sales/RMs to plan joint client calls, aiming to complete at least 15 client calls per month to understand customers and support their inquiries regarding Transaction Banking products (Cash Management and/or Trade Finance).- Build effective relationships with key customers to develop new business and deliver excellent customer service, collect information to prepare detailed analysis to support structuring the deal and obtaining credit approval.- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.- Work in partnership with various departments within the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the customer, including but not limited to RMs, Treasury, Legal, Operations, Compliance, and Risk.- Work in partnership with colleagues in the department to support in resolving customer incidents.- Work in partnership with the Regional Transaction Banking team and Head Office to obtain support with technical issues and product development.Support, share, and train on Transaction Banking products & analysis knowledge.- Develop presentation/pitch material for customers.- Support TB Sales/Relationship Managers with structuring Transaction Banking deals.- Support the implementation of Transaction Banking products into customers' organizations.- Contribute/prepare deal proposals and credit applications to ensure pricing, product offerings, and the structuring of the deal are aligned to business strategy, deliver a high quality of service to customers, and mitigate risk for the Bank.- Maintain customer information in the department's database and be responsible for data integrity.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations.- Ensure a good succession plan and support team members.- Support departmental initiatives to drive business growth.- Follow other instructions or assignments from the Head of Department.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1 year experience as ARM position.- Customer-oriented, strong service mindset and able to understand and capture customer needs.- Experience and/or knowledge in Transaction Banking products including but not limited to Trade Finance and/or Cash Management.- Strong stakeholder management.- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.- Good communication skills with ability to influence others using data or analysis to support line of reasoning.- Understanding of local/regional financial laws and regulations.- Fluent in English.
