Mô tả công việc
Position Purpose
• Report to VSO Managing Director and dotted line report to Manager, Responsible Sourcing.
• Manage in the execution of The Home Depot Responsible Sourcing strategy for assigned projects/ suppliers.
Major Responsibilities
• Create tactics to achieve set targets for responsible areas
• Support line manager on functional activity and projects
• Guide and coach individuals in the team
• Monitor RS program's implementation based on SOP, provide analysis and proposals to senior manager for program review and development
• Independently implement strategic project & initiatives and support team member on responsible projects
• Supplier development and support team on key supplier management
• Effectively work out solution for challenging/irregular issues and support team in related situation
• Responsible for RS audit management process, including audit report, CAPA plan and CAPA evidence review and approval.
• Manage supplier monitoring process, including review of supplier self-assessments, audit reports, corrective action plans, and development or analysis of supplier capability programs.
• Lead on RS service providers' management, including tracking, training, monitoring and performance analysis to ensure service providers deliver quality of work as well as agreed service level.
• Monthly Re-audit plan set up and implement with SPs.
• Responsible for direct report management and guide team members for their career development.
• Cooperate with RS Manager/ RS Team to deliver with internal & external training/presentation.
Yêu cầu
Skills
• Must possess strong work ethic and excellent client service skills to ensure effective, responsive client interaction (internal and external).
• Proven Social and Environmental Responsibility auditing skills & experience in the fields of Social Audit
• Formal training in SA 8000, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc. by external accredited centers / professional bodies
• Proficiency in labor laws and other legal regulations pertaining to Social and Environmental Responsibility
• Knowledge in other auditing standards, e.g. ICTI, BSCI, SEMTA, would be an advantage.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Experience in preparation of Social and Environmental Responsibility Presentations and training
• Experience in root cause analysis for Social and Environmental Responsibility noncompliance.
• Experience working effectively with cross functional teams
• Knowledge of Non-Governmental Organizations to build key regional partnerships to execute strategy.
• Excellent English verbal & written communication. Ability in communicating in Chinese is a plus
• Must be confident, highly efficient, and self-motivated.
• Must be personable and work well independently, as well as people management
• Ability to foster partnerships with diverse groups and organizational levels
• Strong quantitative business analysis with proven problem-solving skills
