Mô tả công việc
2.1 Daily Operations
• Supervise daily operations before, during, and after service shifts
• Ensure all service areas, bar, and back of house meet hygiene and food safety standards
• Monitor table setup, equipment, staff uniforms, and service conduct according to SOP
• Coordinate between Front of House and Back of House to ensure service flow and food quality
• Proactively handle operational issues during service
• Maintain consistent brand image throughout the restaurant
2.2 Guest Experience Management
• Oversee service quality on the floor
• Proactively engage with guests and build strong customer relationships
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and diplomatically
• Ensure staff have strong menu knowledge and service standards
• Lead upselling and cross selling activities
• Monitor guest satisfaction and propose service improvements
2.3 Team Management and Training
• Staff scheduling and shift allocation
• Train new staff on operations, service standards, and Laluna culture
• Conduct pre shift briefings and post shift summaries
• Monitor staff performance, attitude, and engagement
• Build a disciplined, positive, and professional team culture
• Recommend rewards, coaching, and corrective actions when needed
2.4 Revenue, Cost and Inventory Control
• Support daily revenue monitoring
• Control waste, loss, and operational costs
• Monitor inventory levels and par stock
• Support promotions, seasonal menus, and new menu launches
• Propose sales strategies and upselling initiatives aligned with brand direction
2.5 Reporting and Operational Improvement
• Prepare shift and operational reports
• Identify operational issues and risks
• Propose improvements to SOP and service processes
• Participate in building standardized operational systems for Laluna
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within F&B industry
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations
• Proven leadership and frontline team management skills
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts
• Proficient in POS systems and basic reporting tools
Preferred qualifications
• Experience in cafe, brunch, or casual dining concepts
• Basic English communication skills
• Experience serving international customers
