Assistant Risk Manager (Phó Phòng Quản Lý Rủi Ro - Làm Việc Tại Bình Dương)

Assist Group Risk Manager/ Risk Director in:



1- Risk Management (RM):

• Be the subject matter expert on RM and the Integrated Assurance Framework and provide necessary guidance and support to manage the RM and internal control system within the daily business operations.

• Identify and assess the key financial, operations, compliance and IT risks to the business and recommend practical solutions or controls to assist the business in managing and monitor those key risks. Whenever relevant, advise on process / controls improvements to address the underlying issues associated with the risks.

• Establish the indicators to monitor the risk performance and perform ongoing monitoring of those risk indicators.

• Report the risk performance quarterly and work closely with the relevant business / functions to close out all outstanding action items identified.

• Perform risk related analysis and provide insight to drive risk value add to the business.

• Arrange reporting to Risk Committee with all the function heads and Singapore team.

• Coordinate with related departments and Singapore team to organize and implement Crisis Simulation or respond Crisis case.



2 - Internal Audit (IA)

• Manage the outsourced Internal Audit functions for Group and review the draft reports.

• Follow up and validate Audit Findings of Group

• Perform control validations on the identified controls by management / control owners.

• Recommend improvement plan / action plan to the validation findings, and provide reports of the control results and communicate to the control owners.



3 - Training

• Plan, develop training material and coordinate with departments to conduct training for employee's awareness on Code of Conduct.

• Establish schedule for testing on employees' awareness Code of Conduct, timely report to Risk Manager, Risk Managements and Risk committee on the result.



4 - Others

• Administrative works for Risk Department.

• Any other work assigned by Group Risk Director.
