Assistant Store Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the store consistently delivers customer service according to company standards.
Provide the best shopping experience, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Support the implementation of marketing programs and in-store activities.
Fully communicate promotional details to customers.
Ensure merchandise, and promotional items are displayed on time and in accordance with guidelines.
Ensure products are fully stocked and available for customers in the sales area.
Accurately and promptly update goods receiving information into the system.
Receive, arrange, and display goods in a timely manner according to standards.
Execute stock rotation and coordination to support business goals.
Assist with scheduling and shift assignments.
Onboard and guide new employees during their work.
Ensure employees strictly adhere to company regulations regarding uniforms, appearance, service attitude, and operational procedures.
Monitor store operations during shifts.
Report daily sales revenue and arising issues to management as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of experience in retail chains, fast food, cinemas, amusement parks, restaurants, or hospitality.
Strong sales and problem-solving skills with a positive mindset and a result-oriented work ethic.
Good communication skills.
Leadership ability.
Teamwork skills.
