* MISSION
- Assist to the Area Store Chain Director Center in the management stores operation.
- Ensure the ASCD's personal needs related to work: paper work, bank account, invoices, housing, pick-up, business trip... in logically
* ACTIVITIES
- Administration to DO (Center):
- Ensure the DO's personal needs related to work: paper work, bank account, invoices, housing, pick-up, business trip...
- Check and ensure the logistics for everyday work of the D.O (Center), and of the meetings and events related to the D.O (Center)
- Organization and contribution to content
- Ensure the DO's schedule planning by liaising with the Board of Directors members and the concerned people.
- Assist the DO in the management of his team and of the company
- Ensure the appointments and contributing when required to the relationship with partners outside of the company.
- Write speeches, letters ... and send messages for the DO. Ensure the right translation and the meaning.
- Contribute to the meeting content if necessary
* Miscellaneous:
- Check if the processes are respected: documents for signatures, appointment request, approval of expenditure ...
- Coordination with different Department when necessary to ensure the functioning of the DO (Center)
- Inform the DO of news related to the business
- Specific assignments given by the DO
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have knowledge/ experienced in retail industry, at least 2 years as related position; good at solution oriented & interpersonal skills
- Education: College graduated from BussinesAdministration or related major
- Language: Fluent Vietnamese and English
- Office skills: Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
