GENERAL MISSION:
To be responsible for all issues relating to the guest room and to resolve all guests' stay relating issues, helping to provide guest satisfaction at all times.
Assist Front Office Manager to manage headcount and organization for optimum efficiency in compliance with legislation.
To ensure the respect of procedures and hygiene and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by Front Office Manager.

Desire profile:
• Diploma education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Languages essential Vietnamese & English
• Pre-opening hotel experience is essential
