Mô tả công việc
Administrative Support:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize the MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings with the MD, and take detailed meeting minutes.
Organize and coordinate business travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for MD meetings and decision-making.
Coordinate and manage communication, both written and verbal, on behalf of the MD.
Maintain records, files, and documentation to facilitate quick access to information.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment with corporate strategies
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and project coordination as required.
Legal Management:
Legal Support:
Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization and departments on various matters including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, etc.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist with dispute resolution, including liaising with external legal counsel.
Ensure that the company's policies, procedures, and practices comply with legal requirements and regulatory standards.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Monitor and manage the organization's legal and compliance risks.
Keep abreast of new laws and regulations affecting the business and advise the MD on necessary adjustments.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, health & safety regulations, and industry-specific rules.
Corporate Affairs:
Manage the company's legal filings, including corporate records.
Assist in the preparation of reports and submissions to government bodies or regulatory agencies.
Oversee intellectual property matters such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
Other Duties:
Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent;
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal management role with at least 2-3 years of administrative support experience at the executive level.
Proven experience in contract negotiation, legal compliance, and risk management.
Skills:
Strong understanding of corporate governance and other relevant legal practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese communication
Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and within teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: negotiate in the interview process
