Mô tả công việc
1. Project & Campaign management
• Play campaign PMO role for multiple high-impact projects and campaigns, combining both commercial and marketing views to evaluate campaign plans and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.
• Being the owner of the campaign and project timeline, liaising with cross-functions to ensure smooth execution for timely deliverables.
• Monitor and provide insights and key learnings, as well as recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
2. Campaign Operations
• Responsible for deal hunting criteria and process to bring a good assortment with the best offers to the campaign based on campaign period and strategy.
• Coordinate with other functional teams to conduct campaign landing pages or campaign banners and allocate onsite exposures to different projects, adhering to Lazada guidelines and ensuring seamless user experience.
• Monitor page performance metrics and adjust actions accordingly to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal resources and other teams across all functions to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree, major in Marketing/ Economics/ Commerce is preferred.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution and project management.
• At least 3+ years of work experience, and familiarity with Lazada's platform and e-commerce landscape is a plus.
• Good at communication with different stakeholders.
• Eager to work & learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL is a plus.
