Mô tả công việc
Financial planning and analysis:
o Responsible for financial planning and performance management including monthly actual analysis and forecast
o Lead in month-end closing processes for COGS, including but not limited to: (1) Spending is accurately and timely reflected (2) Ensure costing model is correctly running
o Responsible for timely and accurate reporting, analyze monthly spending, inventory and provisions, and provide relevant commentaries and insights to finance and business stakeholders, suggest actions at brand, category, product level.
o Forecast: Build up zero base budgeting and evaluate the allocated costs in the supply costs
o In charge of proper master data maintenance (cost center structure, item inventory master data, activities budget codes ...)
Finance business partnering and process control ownership:
o Review current process and propose to deliver strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and Ensure compliance with Company and Group Policies (CAPEX policy, Costing Policy, Finance Manual)
o Verify, recommend for supply chain savings projects/opportunities. Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
o Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions, understanding business performance on a monthly/annual basis.
o Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as required from manager.
Yêu cầu
▪ Bachelor's degree in Auditing / Finance
▪ At least 6-years of experience working, in which 2 years in supply chain finance.
▪ Experience with ERP system for manufacturing
▪ Experience with audit firm or Finance FMCG environment is plus.
▪ ACCA is preffered
▪ Good business acumen
▪ English: good in 4 skills
▪ Interpersonal Skills: Has to be proactive and go beyond the call of duty, take accountability for business performance, has problem solving skills; Ability to operate effectively individually or within a team with minimum supervision and a positive attitude; Abilities to work with sensitive and confidential information.
▪ People Skills: have the ability to establish relationships with others, be approachable and likable inspire trust in others
▪ Ability to manage stress and work in professional environment, including resilience, accountability and commitment with deadlines
