Job Description:
• Product launch - Developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies and integrated communication plan with specific objectives across different channels (Paid/owned & online/offline) to increase brand awareness, promote products, and create customer engagement to drive sales.
• Leading execution of marketing programs from start to finish, tracking results and providing updates.
• Using campaign results and pipeline data to identify local market trends and for further local marketing plans. Identify problems & pain points, integrate multifaceted data and develop multiple feasible solutions to achieve desired outcome.
• Analyze and understand the big picture of a team or project, anticipate potential challenges and opportunities, and make informed decisions that align with long-term goals.
• Leveraging cross-team supports and driving collaboration. (Internal cross-team inc. Sales team/channel marketing team/Social & PR /Asia PM, Mkt & design; External cross-team inc. media agency/PR agency/Event house/coop partners/distributor & [protected info])
• Leading KOL management. Be the main contact to sponsor athletes/sport events/sport clubs/Coaching clubs and ensure the fulfillment of their obligations to Garmin.
• Proactively Exploring partnership and establishing co-branding programs to increase brand awareness and promote Garmin products.
• Giving input and feedback on the development of Asia marketing strategy and marketing asset toolkit with local insight from VN market's point of view.
• Based on the Asia & local fitness strategy to come up with local community strategy to grow community of Garmin fans in sports field.
• Planning, executing, organizing, and engaging in sport events or marketing activations. Leading execution of marketing related community programs (Garmin Run Club & Garmin Cycling Club) from start to finish.
Yêu cầu
Required qualification -
• Relevant working experience in the marketing field at least 5-6 years.
• Proficient or passionate in running & cycling.
• Familiar with or interested in smartwatch, new technologies and data-science driven electronic consumer products, ex: smartwatch and health monitoring devices.
• Good knowledge of local fitness market trends and consumer insights.
• Ability to exhibit creative thinking and present ideas with a keen attention to detail to pitch marketing strategies and plans to stakeholders.
• Positive and agile thinking.
• Good communication skills. (A team player)
• Able to leverage and integrate internal and external resources to develop high-quality marketing outcome within budget and time.
• Good budget & time management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese.
