Mô tả công việc
1. Identify, prioritize, and contact new accommodation properties and ensure pricing and availability competitiveness in assigned market;
2. Manage top accounts - own, develop and manage top accounts is assigned destinations and ensure the team develops mutually beneficial accommodation property relationships to grow market share;
3. Report & analyze - plan with line manager, implement, and monitor agreed KPIs and be able to analyze, visualize and discuss trends, issues and opportunities with team and manager;
4. Understand the industry and its developments - very good knowledge of pros and cons of competitor models, market trends & landscape, accommodation rate structure and yield management, connectivity options and customer booking trends;
5. Optimize use of process and systems - Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systems;
6. Guide the hotels to enter information into our system to completion;
7. Work with hotels on promotional activities to increase booking.
8. Rate and inventory competitiveness: Optimize content, rate, and availability competitiveness to increase booking conversion
9. Promotional activities: Secure promotional offers to support the Marketing team, and work with hotels on promotional activities to increase bookings.
10. Partner training: Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on the extranet
11. Report and analyze - follow the plan from the line manager and top management, implement, and monitor agreed KPIs and be able to analyze, and discuss trends, issues, and opportunities with the team and manager.
12. Work on internal projects

Yêu cầu công việc
1. At least 2 years of work experience in sales or relevant field;
2. Willingness to visit customers and work outside the office;
3. Willingness to make partner calls as a daily basis;
4. Excellent interpersonal, ability to effective communication to various levels (both verbal & written), and negotiation skills;
5. Familiarity with hotel, service, and online travel agent business;
6. Fluent and in Vietnamese and English in writing, speaking & listening;
7. High-impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationships, team player;
8. Hungry, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven;
9. Organization and time management skills, rigor, and attention to detail;
10. Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations;
11. Ability to multi-task effectively; must be able to change gears quickly without skipping a beat.
